Parking - Since parking fees are not covered, you may be required to pay the $5 fee. You may use any of the TCC lots. Please note that driving and parking in the loading zone is prohibited.
USA Hockey Registration and League Liability - These are required before you step on the ice. Your USA Hockey registration must be up to date prior to playing. The annual registration expires the 31st of August each year and must be renewed. Current registration forms will expire in 2008. You may print out the registration and mail it to the league or send it by email.
The League liability form needs to be completed only once.
It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your paperwork is in order.
First Aid Kits - Each goalie has a basic first aid kit.
Game clock - Our ice slots are contracted for specific periods of time. As a result, we will use a running time format. The 1st two periods will be 20 minutes. The 3rd period will vary based on the remaining time (generally 25 to 30 minutes). To make sure we can get the ice cleaned and ready for the next game, please leave the ice immediately after your game.
The scorekeeper will stop the clock to set the penalty, and once the penalty is set will immediately start the clock.
The last minute of each period is stop time.
Subs - will not be allowed. Only those signed up for the league are allowed on the ice. In the event a team has less than 7 skaters, they can use league players to fill in.
Goalies - Goalies will be rotated between the teams.
Scorekeepers - we will need scorekeepers for each game. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the League. Scorekeepers will earn $15 per game.
